Open End Manufacturing
The fibres of openend yarn show certain irregularity because of production method. But this irregularity is the same throughout of yarn. Uniformity is the most important subject for openend yarn. For example the changing of CV of openend yarn has 10-20% beter values comparing ringspun.
If the yarn has higher torsion, it is more resistant to abrasion. Openend yarn has 5-7% more resistance for rubbing comparing ringspun.
Usage of open end yarn by production basis is becoming popular day by day. Open end yarns are being used especially in cloths of pants, jeans, young and sportswear, childwear, in home textile and decorating cloths, in industrial cloths that don’t need high resistance.
